Services for Fiancé(e) Visas (K-1 Visa)

The K-1 visa lets a U.S. citizen to sponsor their foreign fiancé(e) for a temporary visa to come to the United States for the purpose of marriage. After the couple marries (within 90 days of entering the country), the foreign national may subsequently apply to become an officially recognized permanent resident.

The process of obtaining this visa includes:

  • Initial Petition (Form I-129F): We help you gather evidence to prove a genuine relationship — including proof of having met in person within two years — and complete the petition accurately to avoid delays or denials.
  • Consular Processing: Once the petition is approved, your fiancé(e) will undergo visa processing through a U.S. embassy or consulate abroad. We prepare clients for this step with detailed guidance on documentation, medical exams, and the consular interview.
  • Entering the U.S. and Getting Married: After your fiancé(e) enters the U.S. on a K-1 visa, the two of you must marry within 90 days. We help you understand and manage this timeline and what comes next.
  • Adjustment of Status (Form I-485): Once married, we handle your spouse’s green card application, including requests for work and travel authorization, and preparation for the USCIS interview.

Fiancé(e) visa cases are time-sensitive and closely scrutinized. We make sure your case is both timely and thoroughly prepared, so you can focus on what matters most: your relationship.

Services for Marriage-Based Green Cards

If you’re already married to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, your spouse may be eligible for a green card through a marriage-based petition. The process depends on whether the foreign spouse is currently inside the U.S. or abroad, and whether the petitioner is a citizen or green card holder.

Adjustment of Status (For Spouses Inside the U.S.)
If the foreign spouse is lawfully present in the U.S., we assist with the I-130/I-485 concurrent filing process, allowing them to apply for permanent residency without leaving the country. Our services include:

We also assist with removal of conditions (Form I-751) if your spouse is issued a two-year conditional green card due to the length of the marriage at the time of approval.

Consular Processing (For Spouses Outside the U.S.)
If your spouse lives abroad, we’ll help you navigate the consular processing route. This involves:

In all cases, we ensure your application is as complete and credible as possible. Marriage-based immigration is one of the most closely reviewed categories due to concerns around fraudulent marriages. BPA Immigration Lawyers U.S. helps ensure your case reflects the truth of your relationship and avoids unnecessary complications.

Every case is different. We provide honest assessments, thoughtful solutions, and powerful legal advocacy every step of the way.
